Omniture just gained another high-profile client. Besides a bunch of smaller companies, now Samsung signed up with Omniture’s Genesis tool.
Genesis allows companies to integrate multiple business applications, such as CRM, ad serving and email marketing solutions, using a simple plug-and-play interface.
It seems that a plug and play solution is a great selling point.
