Over the past months the Standards Committee of the Webanalytics Association has been working hard to come up with standard definitions.
They have done a great job and now ask for your input. If you have a minute download the definitions document
and reply on the WAA blog with recommendations / criticism.

Strange to see that the whole Video Analysis is missing. Eric T. Peterson did very exact definitions in this area together with Michiel Berger, the CIO und Founder of Nedstat.
It is on their website, WAA should have a look.
