Email Honey Pot Statistics

Project Honey Pot gathers statistics on Internet robots and the spammers who sometimes use them to steal email addresses. Unspam.com revealed some of their stats:

Spams Sent 62.0 messages to the average spam trap address
15,415 messages sent to the most targeted trap

Very impressive data, especially when you look at the average time (only 18 days!!!) it takes until a new email account receives spam.
