M:Metrics acquired by Comscore

Reuters and Co reported today that M:Metrics got acquired by Comscore in a deal including a $44.3 million cash payment and options to buy about 50,000 shares of comScore stock for M:Metrics options holders.

Congrats to the M:Metrics and Comscore team. Well done!
